We ship to all serviceable locations across India through India Post and other authorized shipping partners.
1.2 International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most countries. International shipping is subject to customs regulations and import duties of the destination country.
2. Shipping Partners
2.1 Primary Shipping Partner
We primarily ship through India Post, utilizing their reliable network and tracking services. We have a bulk booking account with India Post to ensure priority handling of your orders.
2.2 Alternative Partners
For international shipments or specific requirements, we may use other authorized international shipping providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2.3 Tracking Facility
All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your order's journey from our facility to your doorstep.
3. Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we begin our meticulous preparation process:
- Packing: 1 business day
- Quality Documentation: Video recording of entire packing process
- Dispatch: Within 2 business days of order placement
3.2 What Happens During Processing?
- Your garment is carefully inspected for quality
- Premium packaging materials are prepared
- Complete packing process is video documented
- Shipping label is generatedPackage is sealed and prepared for dispatch

- Being Packed
- Dispatched (with tracking number)
- Out for Delivery

4. Delivery Timeline
4.1 Domestic Delivery (Within India)
- Metro Cities: 3 business days from dispatch
- Other Cities/Towns: 5 business days from dispatch
- Remote Areas: 7 business days from dispatch
4.2 International Delivery
- Neighboring Countries: 10-15 business days from dispatch
- USA, Canada, Europe, Australia: 15-21 business days from dispatch
- Other International Locations: 15-25 business days from dispatch
4.3 Important Notes
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier workload
- Timelines exclude order processing time (1 business day)
- Peak seasons (festivals, holidays) may result in slight delays
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer
5. Shipping Charges
5.1 Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
- Service type (standard/express, if available)
5.2 International Shipping
International shipping charges vary by:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping method selected
Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

- For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for:

6.2 WOVYN's Role
We will:
- Accurately declare the value of goods on customs forms

- Mark packages appropriately
6.3 Customs Delays
Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
6.4 Refused Shipments
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Any customs or handling fees incurred
- Banking charges (up to 5%)
7. Shipping Address
7.1 Accuracy is Critical
Please ensure your shipping address is:
- Complete and accurate
- Includes correct PIN/ZIP code
- Has a working contact phone number
- Specifies landmarks for easier location (recommended)
7.2 Address Changes
Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address can not be changed. If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately at support@wearwovyn.com or +(91) 99802 16807 before dispatch.
7.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
The package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
8. Order Tracking

9. Delivery Process
9.1 Standard Delivery
Our shipping partners will:
- Attempt delivery to your provided address

- Leave a delivery attempt notice if you're unavailable
9.2 Delivery Attempts
If you're not available during delivery:
- India Post/courier will make 2 delivery attempts
- You'll receive notifications for rescheduling
- After failed attempts, package may be held at local post office/courier facility
9.3 Collecting from Post Office/Courier Facility
If the package is held at a facility:
- You'll receive notification with collection details
- Carry valid ID proof for collection
- Packages held for 5 days before return
9.4 Receiving Your Order
When your order arrives:
- Inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage
- Accept delivery if packaging appears intact
- Record an unboxing video (strongly recommended)
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
10.1 Damaged in Transit
If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged:
- You may refuse delivery
- Inform us immediately at support@wearwovyn.com
- We will arrange for a replacement
If you accept delivery and find damage inside:
- Record detailed unboxing video
- Contact us immediately with video proof
- We will initiate exchange process as per our Exchange Policy
10.2 Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or shipment is lost:
- Contact us at support@wearwovyn.com
- We will investigate with the shipping partner
- We will arrange replacement or full refund
10.3 Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or household members
- Verify the delivery address in your order
- Contact us at the earliest
- We will investigate and work toward resolution
11. Unboxing Video - Important
Why It Matters:
Creating an unboxing video is crucial for:
- Your own memory of the premium unboxing experience
- Proof of product condition if return or exchange is needed
- Quick resolution of any issues
What to Include in Your Video:
- Show sealed package before opening
- Record the complete unboxing process
- Show all items in the package
- Display product details, tags, and labels clearly
- Highlight any concerns or damages immediately
When to Record:
- At the time of unboxing.
Note: Unboxing video is mandatory for raising any return or exchange requests.
12. Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items:
- Items may be packed together or separately based on availability
- Each package will have separate tracking information
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly between packages
13. Address Verification

- Request additional confirmation for new addresses
