At WOVYN, we take immense pride in the quality of our products. Every garment is meticulously crafted, thoroughly inspected, and carefully packed. We document the entire packing process on video to ensure complete transparency and quality assurance.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations After Purchase

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, we begin our meticulous preparation process immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellation requests after purchase.

Please ensure you:

  • Review product details, size, and color carefully before purchasing
  • Check our size guide to select the right fit
  • Verify your shipping address before completing payment

We are a strictly prepaid service only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

Return and Exchange Policy

We do offer returns in specific circumstances where the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, or doesn't fit you properly.

We do not have a separate exchange policy. For exchanges you will have to return and re-order your desired product using the WOVYN credit refund you get for successful returns.

Return Process

Step 1: Document Your Unboxing (Critical)

Within 7 days (day 1 is the date on which the product item is delivered) of delivery, make a detailed video of your unboxing. Your video should clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The unboxing process
  • All items included in the package
  • Close-up views of any damage or incorrect items
  • Tags and labels on the product
  • For fit issues: Show how the garment fits (optional but helpful)

⚠️ Important: Return requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Step 2: Raise Request

Within 7 days (day 1 is the date on which the product item is delivered) of delivery, email us at support@wearwovyn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue (damaged/wrong product OR size/fit issue)
  • Unboxing video (attach or provide link)
  • Clear photos of the issue (if applicable)

Step 3: Assessment (24 Hours)

We will review your request and respond within 24 hours with either:

  • Approval
  • Rejection with detailed explanation and proof

Step 4: Return Shipping (If Approved)

Once your exchange is approved, we will arrange return pickup.

Step 5: Final Assessment

Once we receive the returned product, we will:

  • Assess the product condition
  • Compare it with our packing video
  • Compare it with your unboxing video
  • Respond within 24 hours

Step 6: Resolution

If Return is Confirmed:

    • You will receive lifetime valid WOVYN credit of 100% of the original purchase amount
    • This credit can be used in full for any future purchases from WOVYN
    • If you had desired an exchange, you can immediately use this credit to order your desired available product from WOVYN.

    If Return request is Rejected:

    • We will share proof of why the request was rejected
    • The product will be returned to you at your cost, upon payment of the calculated and communicated cost
    • No refund will be processed

    Important Notes

    Return requests must be raised within 7 days (day 1 is the date on which the product item is delivered) of delivery

    Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests

    We do not accept return requests for color preferences if the correct color was delivered.

    Colour of actual apparel might vary slightly as compared to its digital appearance

    Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    All tags and packaging must be intact

    We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our criteria

    Please check our size chart carefully before ordering to avoid size/fit issues

    Our strict documentation process protects both you and us. The videos we create during packing and the videos you create during unboxing ensure complete transparency. This helps us quickly resolve genuine issues while maintaining the quality standards you expect from WOVYN.
